
Hand Ranking
Below an easy hand ranking schedule of Texas Holdem. This schedule is sorted from best to worst.
Royal Flush





A suited straight from 10 to ace.
Straight Flush





Any suited straight, but lower then 10 to ace.
Four of a Kind





Four cards of the same value, for examples Kings. If there are 4 kings as community cards, the kicker decides the winner.
Full House





A full house is a three of a kind and a pair combined. In our example, Threes over Fours.
Flush





Five suited cards that are no straight. For example, 5 spades.
Straight





Cards (not suited) that form a straight. For example: Ace to 5 or 10 to Ace.
Three of a Kind





Three cards with the same value. For example, 3 nines.
Two Pair





Two pair, simple as that. If two players have 2 pair, the player with the highest pair wins. For example: Aces and Deuces beats Kings and Queens.
One Pair





Two cards with the same value.
High Card





A high card is the hand ranking if none of the above hands could be created. In our example an high card Ace high is shown.
